Production

How we build cable, step by step.

Inside our 8,000 m² Jieyang facility, every reel passes through eight major stages — from raw copper through spec-compliant final test.

Process

Eight stages, one cable.

Each stage has its own QC gate. Cables that fail at any gate never reach packaging.

  1. Copper Drawing8 mm copper rod is reduced to fine conductor wire through multiple drawing dies.
  2. StrandingMultiple strands are twisted together to form the conductor with controlled lay length.
  3. Insulation ExtrusionPE / PVC / HDPE / FEP insulation is applied at controlled thickness using high-speed extruders.
  4. Twisting (Pairing)For LAN cable, individual conductors are twisted into pairs at category-spec lay lengths.
  5. CablingPairs or cores are bundled into the final cable structure with optional ripcord and filler.
  6. Shielding (if applicable)For FTP/SFTP variants, foil and/or braid shielding is wrapped around the cable.
  7. Jacket ExtrusionThe outer jacket — PVC, LSZH, or PE — is extruded over the cable with logo printing if required.
  8. Testing & ReelingEvery batch is tested for continuity, resistance, and (for LAN) Fluke channel certified before reeling and packaging.

Quality Equipment

  • Zumbach SCR online supervision for real-time diameter and capacitance
  • High-speed CAT6 / CAT6A twister systems
  • Fluke DSX series channel testers for patch cord certification
  • Spark testers for jacket continuity
  • HV testers for insulation strength
