01 / Our Story

Two decades, one focus.

A direct manufacturer with end-to-end cable production, from copper-wire drawing to final reel packaging.

LANP CABLE INDUSTRIAL LIMITED was founded in 2003 in southern China as a specialist communications cable manufacturer. What started as a single production line in Guangdong has grown into one of the region's most established mid-tier cable producers, with a vertically-integrated 8,000 m² facility and a sales team serving global B2B buyers across four continents.

Our specialty is the full range of low-voltage cable: LAN networking (CAT5e through CAT7), electrical wire, fire alarm cable, security cable, speaker cable, telecommunication multi-pair, and pre-terminated patch cords. Every cable we ship carries the same commitment — pure copper conductors where the spec calls for it, reliable jacketing materials, and tolerances tested before they leave our floor.

We're not the cheapest. We're not the largest. What we are is consistent, accountable, and easy to work with — which is why our biggest customers have been with us for 10+ years.

03 / What We Do

End-to-end capabilities.

Copper Drawing & StrandingWe start from 8 mm copper rod and draw it down through multiple dies. Then strand multiple cores together with controlled lay length for the conductor.
Insulation & Jacket ExtrusionPE / PVC / HDPE / FEP / LSZH at controlled thickness on high-speed extruders. Our setup handles diameters from 0.4mm patch cords up to 25mm power cables.
Pair Twisting (CAT6/6A spec)Category-spec twisting with controlled lay-length for return loss compliance. Our twister bay is what makes our LAN cable consistent.
Shielding (FTP / SFTP)Aluminum foil + tinned copper braid for shielded variants. Spec-matched coverage for crosstalk performance.
In-house QC & Fluke TestingEvery patch cord lot gets Fluke channel certification. Bulk cable gets continuity, resistance, and HV tested. No exceptions.
OEM BrandingPrint your logo directly on the cable jacket — minimum order from 1km. Custom box artwork, custom reel labels, fully white-labeled to your brand.

2003 Founded

LANP CABLE INDUSTRIAL LIMITED established in Guangdong, China with a single network cable production line.

2008 First Export Customer

First major OEM partnership with a Southeast Asian distributor — opens our international business model.

2011 CE / RoHS Certification

Initial CE and RoHS compliance certificates obtained for the LAN cable and power cable ranges.

2013 Hong Kong Office

Trading office opened in Tsuen Wan to handle international payments and L/C documentation.

2015 Facility Expansion

Production facility expanded to 8,000 m² in Jieyang, Guangdong. Capacity grows 4x.

2018 CAT6A / CAT7 Production

High-speed twisting and shielding lines added for CAT6A and CAT7 specifications.

2020 Fluke Channel Certification

Full Fluke DSX channel testing rolled out for every patch cord lot — not sample-based.
